Last week was another busy one, with a variety of courses delivered across our Birmingham and Peterborough training centres, as well as at onsite locations. From novice training to refresher courses, here’s your weekly forklift training updates:
Birmingham Training Centre: A Hub of Activity
Our Birmingham centre was buzzing with candidates eager to learn and grow:
- Counterbalance Novice Training: 3 candidates from a leading vehicle manufacturing company completed their RTITB Counterbalance Novice course, gaining the skills needed to operate safely and confidently.
- Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck Courses: Private candidates joined us to expand their expertise, with many successfully completing the combined course and earning their AITT accreditation.
- Bendi Conversion Courses: Demand for Bendi training was high, with 5 candidates completing their conversion courses and adding this versatile skill to their qualifications.
- Back-to-Employment Success: 9 candidates from Momentum Training passed their RTITB Accredited Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck course, taking a significant step toward new career opportunities.
- Refresher Courses: A steady flow of refresher training ensured experienced operators stayed up-to-date with the latest safety standards and best practices.
Peterborough Training Centre: Building Skills, One Candidate at a Time
Our Peterborough centre also saw plenty of action:
Counterbalance Novice Training: 2 candidates from a property maintenance company completed their Counterbalance Novice course, equipping them with the skills to operate forklifts safely.
Counterbalance Experienced Training: A candidate from a Cambridge-based storage company successfully completed his Counterbalance Experienced course, further enhancing his expertise.
Onsite Training: Tailored Solutions for Businesses

Industrial Equipment Supplier: We provided a Counterbalance Novice course for an industrial equipment supplier, ensuring their team is fully certified and ready to handle their equipment safely.
Steel Fabricator: Our team conducted Counterbalance Refresher courses for a steel fabricator in Birmingham, helping their operators maintain peak performance.
Fresh Produce Wholesaler: We delivered Flexi training for a wholesaler specialising in fresh produce, enabling them to optimise their warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
